I'm Sophiya

The best way to get to know about me would be to look around this blog which expresses the academic, the creative but also the simply curious human. Until then I’ll have a go at condensing that into a paragraph or two.

I’ve always enjoyed engaging with people through creativity, although it is only now that I’ve understood how much I actually have to share. Having studied French, English Literature and Graphic Communication at A Level, conversation (be it as a reading buddy for primary school kids or as a Zine designer and editor) is at the core of what ‘I’m about’. 

Adventure (especially at the time of making the blog, in lockdown) I’ve found to be another facet to who I am, whether it be cycling in the rain through the countryside or writing my own from the comfort of my room - those moments where you no longer feel like a temporary dot in the universe are magical and I aim to make as many of those as possible.
